Support via Email

UVLists operates an email-based support service for List Administrators. To use this system, called Request Tracker, you can send an email describing your issue to helpdesk@rt.uvlists.org. Request Tracker will assign your email an id that allows the tracking of the message and will notify volunteers that there is a new request and will be handled appropriately.
